Recipe:
- 2 or 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 250gs prawns, preferably big ones
- About 200gs cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh chillies, chopped I like about 6 or so, but basically just enough to give a bit of heat (I've used dried here, which I left in for flavour, but then didn't eat as they're too hot for even a chilli fan like myself)
- Place everything in a flati-sh bowl, add a glug of olive oil enough to coat, some salt and pepper. Stir.
- In to the oven @ ~200c for about 20 minutes, at which time everything should be sizzling nicely.
Wine suggestion to accompany this: Chilled Rose, Tavel (Tavel Rose fact sheet.)- is very good I'm told
