So, here's my green pasta bake with:
- 1 big green chilli
- 1 green pepper
- 1 1/2 courgettes
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1 handful of basil leaves
After I'd exhausted all my green ingredients, I added some blizted chopped tinned tomatoes (hence the injury, dangerous things tins). I also added a few prawns and some halved cherry tomatoes for a bit more texture.
Shockingly I'd run out of cheese to put on top. I'd claim I omitted it to be a bit healthier, but I don't think anyone would believe me. Not to worry, the top layer of pasta still went a bit crispy so still pretty good.
Blimey you need to get yourself down to A&E with an injury like that! Crunchy pasta bake is great.
