Post 74: The old ones are the best


Well, what can you say: it's a chicken dinner. I didn't spice it up with any 'erbs, just nice and straight forward. I should have taken a photo of the chicken in all it's bronze-crispy skinned glory. But I was far too focused on eating the bronze-cripsy skin.

Chicken, minted boiled new potatoes, roasted mini swedes and carrots.

Very easy. Possibly a bit dull, but just what I fancied. And today, I have a nice chicken butty for my lunch. Turned out nice again
