First one down from my list of things to make and eat. I got this recipe off the BBC dig in website, and it looked simple enough for me to manage on a lunchtime. Recipe, here:

Served with toasted white bread and butter. Well you don't want to be tooo healthy now do you?
I think the recipe should say for plenty of salt to be added. It was all a tad bland until I re-salted in the dish. But, hey, fresh soup in the advertised 30 minutes, and two jumbo portions for < £1.50. Quick, nice and healthy (butter aside)
