This week's has arrived, and we're off to a good start. I've seen this recipe elsewhere as tri-colour pasta. But when I cook it, it comes with whatever I have to hand. Yesterday's was: prawns, cherry tomatoes, brocoli, green courgette, yellow courgette, freshly podded peas and onion.

For extra flavour I also added some fresh basil from my newly founded 'erb planter - it's not big enough to be a herb garden yet and as ever I was a touch heavy handed with the chilli. The peas added a touch of crunchyness; definately passed muster.
