Post 163: Chilli Pickled Beetroot (with picture!)

By special request for Choclette: here's one of my jars of Chilli Beetroot. You can just see a couple of chilli seeds floating about and across the bottom there's a big fat chilli; hopefully marinating the beetroot nicely.

I'm going to give it a couple of months before I take the top off and try one.

    Great looking jar - no red stained label in sight - and I can see the chilli and I look forward to hearing how it turns out.

    There was enough for 2 jars: the bigger one had the messy Hellman's label. I tried to take a picture of the prettier one for you!
