Post 79: It's going to be a very long week

From the veg box, used so far this week - 1 onion, some peas.



Even these peas were frozen, as all the vegbox peas used.

Not too bad on the food miles though - not that far to Scarborough for the McCain oven chips or Beverley for the Birds Eye frozen peas. The eggs and the gammon at least were proper local. I'm not sure whether to feel the shame or just think it was a nice tasty, simple to cook T.

Todaye, will probably be chuck it all in a pot add chilli and call it a curry. It's the only way I'm going to get through the backlog!
