Now, these peas were tiny. And they've had the strange effect of making my fingers look kinda weird too. Never done a day's work them hands.
So, I gave up podding these and just topped and tailed them and used them as mange tout. These were added with some other veg along with spaghetti, turned out pretty ok:
The supposed proper peas, eaten as mange tout were a bit over thick and a tad bitter. Still pretty nice though
