You always used to get eggs in curry when I were a lad. After being away, there was no vegbox this week, and I just couldn't face Tesco's. So, a rummage around found:
- 2 onions
- a few spuds
- 1 tin chick peas
- some lentils yet again
- 3 lively salad chillis, which added some interest to an otherwise not hot enough dish
- 1 bunch spring onions
- some eggs
And it came out a bit like this:
Despite plenty of practice round here, I can't say it was my greatest curry effort. I'd quite liked the boiled eggs on top though.
