Post 34: Leek, Caulflower and Spinach soup
Well, what can I say. It looks a little too much like silage for my liking. And despite VegBoxMum's ascertion that good soups require only two flavours, I must say that it taste pretty good.
Cracking start to this week's veg box usage:
- Onions (one big), leeks (3), cauliflower (1) and spinach (1 smallish bag) already used.
