Back on the good foot, with a very green (non-thai) vegetable curry.
Recipe:
- 2 biggish onions finely chopped and slow cooked with 4 cloves garlic and 6 hottish chillis. Once these had browned, I added spices of mustard seeds, madras curry powder, cumin powder and cayenne pepper
- 2 pints vegetable stock
- 1 small pan of lentils (expdanded size)
- 1 cauliflower
- 6 medium spuds
I was going to add the two kohl rabi's that were loitering in the bottom of the veg box: but this was denied on account of their 'weirdness'. Served 6
