Well, as it says on the tin:
I also added the acorn squash and roasted that, in with the potatoes. Unsurprisingly these mushed up in the roasting; which I thought was quite good. I've used it at last too. The pink fur potatoes have a more robust skin than normal new potatoes and that suited my roasting purposes pretty well. They were also good due to being small: so I managed to get them well coated in loads of lovely salt and garlic.
Simple is good sometimes.
