Soy un perdidor: I lost my veg box, but I gained my BBQ mojo.
First I marinaded my 'gredients:
- chicken with thick soy
- lamb with mint
- beef with chili
- pork with mustard
- asparagus
- All with lashings of garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil
So, looking good:
To the meats were added shallot, courgette, tomato, mushoom and peppers once on the BBQ, looking really good -
I can feel the meat sweats coming on already. Although I did rather enjoy the asparagus.
Remember folks: don't drink and post. Oops.
